PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and data when you visit and use cremium.net  and social media accounts controlled by Yung Gravy, LLC  and Yung Gravy (“Sites”).  It is important to us that users of the Sites are fully informed.

By visiting our Sites, you hereby consent to our collection, storage, and dissemination of your data as described herein.  This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time for any reason, so you are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. If at any time you do not accept all the terms and conditions contained herein, immediately discontinue use of this Site.

The Sites comply with the privacy laws and regulations of the United States of America. The Sites are not operated in accordance with the laws of other nations.  By using the Sites, visitors from outside of the United States of America acknowledge the Sites are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America, and waive any claims that may arise under their own national laws.

Information We Collect

The Sites gather two basic types of information through the Sites: “Personally Identifiable Information” (or “PII”) and “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (or “Non-PII”). PII is information that identifies you, or can be used to identify you, as an individual (such as a name, residential address, telephone number, or billing information) and Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information. When you visit and interact with the Sites, the Sites and third parties with whom the Sites have contracted may collect Non-PII.  For example, logfile data, your Internet Protocol address, your user agent identification, your browser and o/s type, referrer and your activity on the Sites. Non-PII is pseudonymous and does not identify you personally. Non-PII is generally collected through the Site from four different sources: Internet protocol addresses and web logs; cookies; pixel tags and other similar technologies; and other Non-PII that you voluntarily provide (as explained below).

IP Protocol Addresses and Web Logs. The Sites’ web servers collect the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and log files of visitors. Your IP address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit creamium.com, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. This information is collected in an aggregate form only and does not contain any PII. We use your IP address, and the IP addresses of all users, for purposes such as calculating usage levels, helping diagnose problems with the Site’s servers, and administering the Site. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many websites. In addition to the Non-PII usage of IP Addresses described above we also may link your IP address to personally identifiable information for fraud prevention purposes.

Choice Mechanisms. We may use third-party advertising companies to collect data and/or serve ads when you visit our Sites. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites or applications in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Please keep in mind that your browser settings may not permit you to control the technologies utilized by these third-party companies. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, please visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/. You may also control the use of information on mobile applications by reviewing the privacy settings for your mobile device.

Cookies and Web Pixels. For Non-PII data that we collect on our Sites, we employ the use of web “pixel tags” and/or “cookies.” Pixel tags are small bits of code that provide a method of information delivery on a webpage which allows the operator of the page or a third party to collect information about the users of the page. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the browser of your computer that uniquely identify your browser and provide information to the cookie sender. Many websites send cookies to the browsers that are visiting those sites, and many browsers are initially configured to accept cookies. For more information about cookies and pixel tags, please visit http://allaboutcookies.org. At this time, we do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking, including “do-not-track” signals.
